Cannot access Zarafa Webmail from external WAN

I have bee searching Google, Zarafa and Zentyal forums for an answer for three days now.  I cannot get Zarafa to load completely when remotely connecting to webmail.
The login screen loads fine, when submitting login info the only things that show up are the Zarafa logo at the top right and an empty status bar at the bottom. 

There is nothing else loading.  When I connect the VPN client and obtain a local IP I can load the webmail just fine. 

I have used the packet filter rules.  I have groupware forward to Zentyal and I have HTTP forward to Zentyal
I have also tried doing plain old port forwards to the internal IP address of Zentyal.

Can someone please share how to get the webmail to load properly for an external user without using VPN.

Hello someguyincali,

Off the top of my head, I would say that it looks like a DNS problem.

Try to find out what FQDN or IP that your interface is trying to load.
